Kollage Katering opened for business in Australia in 1989. Starting small, Kollage Katering has now expanded to take on small and large projects.

The Kollage team relish cuisines of every variety – from the familiar to the exotic – and have served them in all manner of locations. Our team has been together for seven years and we’re still having fun creating exciting and delicious food.

Kollage Katering has 3 fully equipped and self-sufficient trucks - 1 Ford Transit van, 1 VW Transporter Van, 3 Mobile Coolrooms in small, medium and large sizes and a 20-foot refrigerated container to be ready to meet the ever-changing demands of location and studio catering.

All Kollage employees have received full HACCP training (food safety and hygiene) and full occupational health and safety training through Capco. Kollage Katering has all necessary insurance coverage including workers compensation and public liability insurance.
